The Good Place Institute exists to multiply Good Places in our communities by redeeming the culture of work and life in organizations. We do this by equipping leaders to apply principles and values derived from the Bible to their organization through a set of intuitive methods and tools.

We believe there is a different, more holistic purpose for business and organizations than the standard corporate model of success or entrepreneurial dream of making a lot of money and sprinkling some moral or sacred principles on top.

This purpose is significantly more integrated, fulfilling, meaningful, beautiful, and impactful, and is summarized by:

• Valuing people in a way that allows them to flourish and experience shalom
• Building up organizations that thrive and are economically regenerative
• Enabling communities to prosper
• Making the world a better place

We call organizations with these purposes, and where we experience this way of life and work, a Good Place organization.
